The constitution is not a practical norm, which means that  it is a kind of doctrine that could be realized through many actual laws. Its style of description could be ambiguous and abstract. So, actual problems in reality could not be solved by revising the constitution.

From this viewpoint, I can not find any necessity to rewrite our country's constitution. ✔​
