As long as the judgement could be secured fair, either contries in dispute can't help to accept it. So it could not be an exception for the dispute between Chile and Argentina. B.) As long as the judgement could be secured fair, either contries (countries) in dispute can't help to accept it.

So it could not be an exception for the dispute between Chile and Argentina.

 

 

 B.) Make these sentences into English.

=> One movie made him a star overnight.


-우리가 걔들보다 한발 늦었네. 

We fell a step behind them.

=> We were just one step behind them.


-미국이나 일본보다 한 발 앞서 있습니다.

We are a step ahead of America and Japan.

=> Korea is one step ahead of both U.S. and Japan.
