  A.) Should all countries have atomic clocks? Please elaborate on your answer. Since 1967, civil time substituted the solar time measured by the Earth's rotation and its movement around the Sun The civil time comes from what atomic clocks record around the world. It is managed by an organization named IERS ( International Earth Rotation and Reference Service). Now 27 countries operate atomic clocks, which seems to be enough. So all countries need not have atomic clocks. B.) Make these sentences into English. (08/29/22) 1. 소리 소문도 없이 Without sounds and rumors. 2. 지금 당장 따뜻한 커피 한 잔 마셨스면 소원이 없겠다.
