  A.) What can governments do to encourage couples to have children? Please elaborate on your answer. I think that young generations' baby strike is not ascribed only to economic problems. Uneconomic matters could be more fundamental reasons. A misunderstanding that being parents mean sacrifice rather than happiness is one of the reasons. So the government's policy must include reform of social systems which could burden people about being parents. B.) Make these sentences into English.
